Most study goals fail because they live in the clouds. ‘I want to learn Spanish’ or ‘I need to pass my exam’ aren’t goals — they’re wishes. In this workshop, we’re using a simple three-layer framework to turn vague ambitions into daily actions. Layer one is your big outcome: the specific result you want by a specific date. Layer two breaks that into monthly milestones with measurable checkpoints. Layer three converts milestones into weekly targets you can actually schedule into your calendar. The key rule is that every weekly target must be something you can complete in one sitting. Not ‘study biology’ but ‘finish chapter seven notes and answer ten practice questions.’ This week, pick one subject and build your three-layer goal below. Others will review it and suggest where it might break down. specificity is the difference between motivation that fades and progress that compounds.
